Then hold on for a moment and join this online course where you will guided step by step into different meditation practices to learn to meditate 5, 10 or even 15 minutes a day.  

This is a course for all beginners who have always thought they cannot meditate, or have even tried and given up quickly.

During 14 days, Diana will guide you daily through different ways of meditation and show you that everyone can meditate. Learn from Diana who has been meditating over 30 years and feel the benefits of a few minutes simple meditation on a daily basis. 

This course will be held online in a private facebook online group.
